SHILALE REHABILITATION AND ECOLOGICAL CONCERN
Shilale Rehabilitation & Ecological Concern (Shilcon), is a Somali Non-governmental Organization (NGO), founded in 1993 by a group of enlightened people who were inspired by the great damage suffered by the environment which resulted rapid decline of fundamental capital assets – environmental resources. The depletion of this common property is mainly caused by a few ill opportunists who pursue their narrow, vested interest by taking advantage of the absence of law and order and community’s weakness and un organized nature
Shilcon strives to strengthen livelihood patterns and social service provision systems in a sustainable manner.
Plans: -sanitation program in 5 villages of bari region -livelihood support program in coastal villages of bari region

Membership of the Somalia NGO Consortium in renewable annually. All international and national members work in Somalia.
